I absolutely know I'm guilty of rushing around and not taking a moment to destress! I constantly have to remind myself to take a moment and relax. It's amazing how something so simple can have such a profound effect on how you feel - instantly!

So here is a quick, simple little technique I use to destress ... 'Just Breathe'! :)

Today's Chic Beauty Moment - grab a couple of minutes to simply slow your breathing rate down.

Gently breathing in and out. Slow your breath rate each time you breathe. Aim for 10 counts in and 10 counts out. Try to also hold your breath for a few moments at the end of each breath - feel the space of stillness in between.

Slowing your breathing rate helps to lower the production of your stress hormones .... and this can help to reduce body fat around your tummy area. Who would of thought ... just breathing can help you lose body fat :) and offer a couple minutes of calm time!
